Terms of Use, Booking, and Enforcement Agreement
Rush Rooms Platform
Verification of the User's account through the Platform, or completion of any booking or rental, shall constitute an explicit, final, and irrevocable acceptance of all terms of this Agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1 Definitions
Platform: The Rush Rooms website and mobile application, including all related digital systems and services.
Company: Fast Rooms Real Estate Company.
User: Any individual or entity who browses, registers, verifies an account, or uses any service through the Platform.
Lessor: Any individual or entity offering a product or service for rent through the Platform.
Renter: Any individual or entity booking or renting a product or service through the Platform.
Product / Service: Any tangible item, service, or time-based offering rented through the Platform.
Booking: A completed rental transaction including duration, price, and applicable policies.
2 Binding Acceptance and Legal Acknowledgment
The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- Identity verification through the Platform and completion of any booking constitute a legally valid and fully binding acceptance.
- Acceptance is non-cancellable and irrevocable once the booking is completed.
- The User has read, understood, and accepted all provisions and their legal consequences.
3 Amendment of the Agreement
The Company reserves the full right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform, and continued use constitutes binding acceptance without prior notice.
4 Nature of the Platform's Role
The Platform operates as a regulated technical intermediary connecting the Lessor and the Renter. It bears no responsibility for the obligations of either party, while reserving its full legal and enforcement rights in the event of any breach or damage.
5 Account Creation and Verification
The User shall provide accurate and truthful information. The following constitute a legal acknowledgment of accuracy:
- Digital verification
- Identity linkage
- Payment method linkage
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately upon suspicion, without any liability.
6 Booking and Payment Terms
Completion of a booking constitutes final acceptance of the Lessor's terms.
The Renter grants the Company an irrevocable authorization to charge any amounts due.
The Company and/or the Lessor may deduct or withhold any security or deposit to cover obligations without objection.
7 Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations are subject to the Lessor's policies. Failure to attend or delay without prior notice results in booking cancellation and full liability for all costs.
8 Delivery and Return
Receipt of the Product constitutes acknowledgment of its sound condition. The Renter bears full responsibility from the moment of receipt until actual return.
9 Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misuse
- Tampering or modification
- Subleasing or re-renting
- Any use that violates laws or endangers others
10 Delay, Damage, Loss, or Theft
Delay: Compensation at 200% of the daily rental value for each day of delay, with no maximum limit.
Damage, loss, or theft:
- Absolute and full liability
- Full compensation of market value
- Compensation for loss of use
- Payment of collection and legal follow-up fees
11 Incident Notification
The Renter must report any incident within 12 hours. Failure to report constitutes full acknowledgment of liability.

13 Enforceable Instrument (Immediate Enforcement)
This Agreement, Platform records, and booking and payment data constitute a fully enforceable executive instrument under the Saudi Enforcement Law. The Company may proceed directly to the Enforcement Court without prior notice.
14 Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify the Company and the Lessor for any direct or indirect loss or damage.
15 Termination
The Company may terminate the account or cancel any booking immediately without notice, while preserving its enforcement rights.
16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction and enforcement authority shall lie exclusively with the competent authorities within the Kingdom.
